we will assist you with the return of that merchandise. Returned Items must
be unwashed and in their original condition. We encourage our customers to
inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to
ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money
back guarantee. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 30-
day guarantee has expired. We must receive the goods within 30 days of
being shipped from our warehouse.
Returns are not accepted on any monogrammed items.
Upon receipt of your return, it takes us 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Return Policy for Wholesale Fabrics
Please order a swatch before placing orders for wholesale fabrics. We will not accept returns if the color or texture is different than expected. Fabric quality and color must be confirmed upon receipt of a swatch. Please contact us for any questions regarding fabric returns within 10 days. Returns are only accepted if it is determined that the fabric is defective based on first quality standards.
